Linda Barker Yarrows Made to Measure Roman Blind Midnight-Silver
Here is the Yarrows 100% cotton made to measure range from the beautiful Linda Barker Home collection.
Here Linda explains her beautiful designs and thoughts behind this range – Unstructured, free flowing wildflowers, graceful in their movement have always been the flowers I would most choose for my own home. I often decorate the houses I’m asked to work for with natural plants and grasses and press weeds for picture scapes on walls. Increasingly I think many of us prefer these same gentle, aesthetics. If I glimpse a modern bridal bouquet, they are more often feathery and flowing these days. Untended lawns resplendent with tall weeds and wilful grasses are more commonplace now and these curated meadows create interesting wild spaces that magically attract bees and butterflies.
It’s no coincidence then that my collection shows a passion for this natural botanical love. My patterns wrap you inside a natural world that reflects gardens, fields, and the wider countryside. I hope you like the new collection as much as I do.
Achillea is a common weed found across the UK in countryside meadows and inner-city green spaces. I have it in my lawn and in the flower beds. On this patterned fabric it is depicted with other simple native plants to create a lovely joyful, flowing pattern. Perfect for curtains.
