The Majestic oak exterior door pair with Zinc (lead work) bevel clear double glazing is a stunning looking item which is greatly admired by all who view and are ideal for front or entrance doors. The timber itself is an undecorated real American white oak veneer for your paint or stain over a solidly constructed engineered core.
This Majestic oak exterior pair is popular for traditional homes but can also be used for new builds and like all of our doors is delivered free to anywhere on the UK mainland.
The 1536mm and 1688mm sizes shown below are for the two doors butted together, you have the option to fit your own 12mm Rebate or just a cover plate where the doors meet, doors are also available as single rather than double as shown.
The door pairs can be fitted with or without the extra “pairmaker” planted rebate for site fixing, using the pairmaker adds 15mm to the “tight” wide sizes listed and not using it means that the doors will just “butt” together where they meet, the doors can open away or towards you and with the left or the right hand as the slave door, this ‘pairmaker’ item may need to be cut to height and is supplied without decoration. The pairmaker will be provided in Unfinished Oak, and its natural color and grain may vary from the door and frame finish.
We strongly advise that Dry Assembly checks are undertaken prior to installation of the doors, this is to ensure that you have received the correct goods as well as double checking that the goods are fit for purpose and are not damaged or faulty in any way before working upon them.
Delivery and vat is included but you may need next day at an extra cost. Some post codes are not included for next day and only the products with this “Next Day” option can be sent on a Monday to Friday basis, weekend orders are delivered on a Tuesday, any order must be placed before 11am and we’ll advise of any issues.
