Router Motor ER20 Collets – Set of 3 (6mm, 8mm, 12mm)
These 6mm, 8mm and 12mm ER20 collets are designed for use within the ER20 collet chucks of the Rutlands® R5018 and R5269 router motors. Slotted alternately from both ends, each collet compresses onto a round shank router bit along its entire length, providing the best possible grip on the tool, for safer machining and less vibration.
Precision CNC machined, each ER20 collet benefits from a run-out of 5 micron (0.005mm) for guaranteed rotational accuracy, increasing tool life, allowing for higher feed rates and enhancing workpiece finish quality. Each 65Mn spring steel collet undergoes rigorous heat treatment, hardened to Rc48-52, to provide maximum strength and wear resistance under load, ensuring the longest possible working life.
